Dallas has extensive knowledge and experience in sports. She has played at the highest level for the Senior National Ringette Team and has coached individuals of all ages, from 5-year-olds to adults, in hockey, skating, and ringette. Having been involved in sports from a young age, her competitive spirit inspired her to turn her passion for training into a career. I leverage my background in elite sports to help improve my clients' skills and performance in their respective games.
